Video - Austin Kite Festival

Here's a video from the Austin Kite Festival on Sunday. From the video, it might seem more appropriate to call it the Taiwan Kite Festival instead.

    If it were the Taiwan Kite Festival, all the kites would push their way in front of the others and slam into each other while screaming on their kite phones.
